CQC Regulatory Changes updates in November
The CQC’s new approach to inspection appears to be on track for the planned nationwide launch in March 2024. Although the regulations and fundamental standards aren’t changing, the CQC is changing its methods of monitoring and inspection.
Information about the changes has appeared sporadically and has sometimes been vague, so this webinar aims to bring together the facts about the new assessment framework and changes to inspections and discusses how providers and managers can ensure they are ready, whenever the CQC arrive.
What will I learn?
· What isn’t changing
· Timescales
· New regions and team structures
